For the upcoming May Day Holiday, Dunhuang city in Gansu province will hold a "Douyin Sunset Chorus Party", as well as a starry sky outdoor concert and special fairs at the Mingsha Mountain and Crescent Spring Scenic Area.

At 8:30 pm on May 4, singer Zhou Shen and other Douyin stars will lead a chorus sing-along on site, accompanied by creative fireworks featuring Dunhuang-themed fantasies.

The event will be broadcast live and online users can follow the "Zhang Shang Dun Huang" Douyin account, join the official live broadcast room and use the Douyin's chorus party function to sing together online.

During the holiday, a starry sky outdoor concert will also be staged. A dazzling light show and a sand screen show to be staged at the concert will allow visitors to experience the unique romance of Mingsha Mountain.

Tourists will also encounter special fairs combining modernity and Dunhuang's style, where they can experience cultural and creative products, appreciate intangible cultural heritage skills and taste specialty cuisines.
