The cultural and tourism symbols of Gansu, such as Pingliang city's martial arts, traditional Tibetan villages in Longnan city, the magnificent Yellow River, the historic Jiayuguan Pass, the picturesque poplar forest in Jiuquan city, and the fascinating grottos arts in Dunhuang, are highlighted through various performances of martial arts, folk singing and dancing, musicals, traditional instrument playing, and acrobatics. These performances artistically showcase the charm and allure of the golden section of the Silk Road in Gansu.

The event's primary objective is to promote the growth of tourism in the region, with a specific emphasis on strengthening cooperation of the Belt and Road Initiative to revive the tourism industry.
