Workers from Jincheng Customs in Lanzhou, Gansu province, are recently reported to have inspected 350 tons of fresh potatoes through a remote video connection.

The potatoes, grown in Dingxi city of the province, are now ready to be exported to Myanmar, for the first time.

Jincheng Customs continues to offer pair-up assistance for enterprises to help them hold up orders and explore emerging markets. The video inspection mode has also been adopted to ensure export orders are delivered on time.

Dingxi is one of four major potato producing areas in China. In recent years, it has continued to improve standardized production according to local conditions.

As of now, the city's potato planting area has reached 200,000 hectares, with an annual output of more than 5 million tons.
