A series of entertainment performances were staged in Lanzhou, capital city of Gansu province, on July 5 to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Lanzhou New Area and the 28th China Lanzhou Investment and Trade Fair.

Through music, dance, cross talk and acrobatics, Lanzhou conveyed its confidence and determination to energize urban development by the "exhibitions plus cultural tourism" model.

Accordingly, Lanzhou commerce and culture tourism authority will invite artistic troupes to stage dance dramas and theatrical performances from July 5 to the end of August. The event will be closely combined with business exhibitions and cultural tourism promotion activities to attract visitors and benefit local residents.
